We've all figured compliance and monitoring landfills was working and gases were somewhat contained. What is your opinion based on a report by the Space Agency?

In conversation with the Jet Propulsion lab at NASA we learned some things. Including the fact that we have a solution to help with some bigger picture issues. Quite simply; clogging changes the effectiveness of gas collection systems. With near zero density, gas escapes. Keeping collection pipes clear and pumps de-watering consistently is the most basic of principles that has compounded this shocking methane data.
